Environment Consultants & Associates has engaged Mr. Wasif Ali proprietor of Engineering Contrivers (the “EC”) under MOU for all engineering matters to be dealt with. The expert team of Consultants and lawyers from ECA & EC is organized to sort out all issues of environmental degradation and to develop strategies to proceed cases before the Environment Protection Agency (the “EPA”) and to contest the prosecution cases before the Environmental Protection Tribunal and to render environmental services including but not limited to environmental monitoring, lab services in collaboration with WELCOS, a registered/certified lab with the EPA for possible compatible solutions as per prevailing conditions with notion of sustainable development incorporated in the preamble of the Punjab Environmental Protection (Amendment) Act 2012 (the “PEP Act”) under national and internationally known environmental principles and Protocols which are binding upon Pakistan being signatory of those international conventions.
