NOC/IEE/EIA

We have field experience, and our core team of experts can undertake the full spectrum of research required for IEE and EIA. We work in accordance with the requirements of Pakistan and national and international guidelines.

Over the past 10 years, ECA has conducted Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in various sectors.

The IEE/ EIA process demands a review of international and international legislation and in-depth knowledge of the proposed development project. In addition, the process requires impact assessment, environmental baseline studies, and the preparation of an Environmental Management Plan (EMP). The IEE/ EIA process ensures no negative impact on the proposed development project.

Often, an IEE/ EIA of a project is required early to obtain the NOC or environmental permit from the relevant authorities. The permits allow the development process to proceed. While doing IEE/ EIA, we try to identify potential environmental issues early so that there is no need to mitigate them in the later stage of the project life cycle.

We not only prepare the assessment reports but submit them to the Environment Protection Department on behalf of our clients. We also follow the permit process and negotiate various conditions with the authorities to get approval. As we work hard, we ensure to get streamlined and positive results that meet the needs of our clients.
